STEP 2: Go to Know Your Property

On the Homepage Click On “Know Your Property” Option to start the search of your khatian.

STEP 3: Mouza Identification

Select Your District, Block & Mouza from the drop down menu.

STEP 4: Search by Khatian or Plot Number

Select whether you want to search by Khatian or Plot number. Enter the chosen number, solve the Captcha, and click “View”

The Khatian and plot information will be displayed on your screen for you to check and verify the details.

RS-LR Plot Information

Go to the official Banglarbhumi portal, click on “Citizen Services” and select “RS-LR Information” from the menu.

STEP 3: Select Appropriate Mouza

Select Your District, Block & Mouza from the drop down menu.

Then select plot type, enter “Plot no” and captcha and click on “View”

How to Download a Certified Copy of Your Porcha (e-Porcha)

If you’ve requested a digitally signed Porcha (e-Porcha) in West Bengal, you can download it using your Application Number and GRN (Government Reference Number).

STEP 2: Go to "Citizen Services" & Select "GRN Search"

Go to the official Banglarbhumi portal, click on “Citizen Services” and select “GRN Search” from the menu.

After submitting, the system will check your details. If available, a Download option will appear for the digitally signed copy.

If you have a complaint or grievance, you can submit it through the portal.

  1. Log in to the Portal: Go to the Banglar Bhumi website and log in.

  2. Go to Public Grievance: Click on the “Public Grievance” tab.

  3. Start a New Application: Select “Grievance Application.”

  4. Fill the Form: A form will appear where you need to fill in details such as:

    • District, Block, and Mouza

    • Petition type

    • Personal details (Name, Guardian’s Name, Address)

    • Contact information (Mobile number and Email ID, which will be verified via OTP)

    • Plot details (if applicable)

  5. Upload Documents: Upload any required documents in PDF format (maximum size 2 MB).

  6. Submit: Enter the Captcha code and click “Submit.” Be sure to note down the unique petition number for future reference.

You can apply for land conversion directly through the Banglar Bhumi portal.

  1. Access the Application: Log in to the portal and navigate to “Citizen Services,” then “Online Application,” and select “Conversion Application.”

  2. Enter Mouza Details: Select your District, Block, and Mouza. Indicate whether the land is already converted.

  3. Fill Applicant Details: Enter your personal information, including your name, address, and contact details.

  4. Provide Plot Information: Add the plot details, including the Khatian number, plot number, existing land classification, and area.

  5. Upload Documents: Upload all required documents (e.g., current R-o-R, rent receipt, sketch map) in PDF format.
